Gebane Engineering Services (GES) is a fully integrated and innovative engineering company which is continuously expanding its capabilities, knowledge, personnel and geographical footprint

GES was established in 2007 by Mr. M.A Ngcobo and his business partner at the time, mainly to address the following:

• To grow specialised skills from previously disadvantaged individuals in the Electricity Supply and Distribution Industry with more emphases on women.

• To employ and grow individuals that have been trained by organisations but not given employment. 

• To partner/build relationships with a variety of well-established and skilled companies and individuals to achieve skills transfer. 

• To maximise shareholder value
